Our journey began in Tucson, Arizona with a vision to provide exceptional neurofeedback therapy that goes beyond symptom management. We have evolved into a trusted clinic, integrating innovative techniques with a compassionate approach to mental and emotional wellness. Our commitment to helping clients achieve lasting harmony and cognitive balance continues to drive everything we do.
Coherence Healing Centers is proud to collaborate with Zola CoLab, an integrative healing space that brings together a community of like-minded practitioners dedicated to whole-person wellness. Through this partnership, we offer access to a wide range of complementary services—including neurofeedback, naturopathic medicine, ketamine-assisted therapy, trauma-informed therapy, and massage therapy—all under one roof.

Meet Our Specialists

Andréa Copeland
Owner and NeuroTherapist
Andréa Copeland is a Board-Certified Neurofeedback Practitioner and LAC with over 17 years of experience providing neurofeedback services in both residential treatment and private practice settings. Her clinical work has focused extensively on trauma, addiction, ADHD, nervous system regulation, and integrative mental health approaches.
She holds a Master's of Science in Professional Counseling and is currently pursuing her PhD in Clinical Psychology at Saybrook University, with research interests centered on neuropsychological assessment, psychophysiology, neurodevelopmental conditions, trauma, and psychoneuroimmunology.
In addition to her board certification in neurofeedback, she is currently completing advanced specialty certifications as a Certified Clinical Services Provider in ADHD (ADHD-CCSP) and an Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS). She maintains active professional affiliations with the American Psychological Association (APA), Arizona Psychological Association (AzPA), American Professional Society of ADHD and Related Disorders (APSARD), International Society for Neuroregulation and Research (ISNR), and the Association for Applied Psychophysiology and Biofeedback (AAPB).
Her approach integrates evidence-based neurotherapy and holistic nervous system regulation strategies to support clients in achieving meaningful and sustainable healing.

Catherine Devoucoux
Director of Remote and Outpatient Neuro Services
Catherine has worked in the mental health field since 2015 and has specialized in neurofeedback since 2016. She has experience providing services in residential, outpatient, and remote settings, working with individuals across a variety of ages and presenting concerns.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences in Physiology before pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling at the University of Arizona. Catherine is also a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC). Her strong foundation in neurophysiology, combined with her clinical counseling training, has shaped a distinctive approach to mental health care that recognizes the connection between the brain, nervous system, and emotional well-being.
She has seen professionally, and personally experienced, the incredible work neurofeedback has to offer and is passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based, holistic care to those around her.

Kelsi Tackett
Neurofeedback Specialist
Kelsi Tackett is a Neurofeedback practitioner dedicated to exploring the relationship between the brain, nervous system, and human well-being.She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology before completing a Master of Science in Psychophysiology, where she developed specialized knowledge in brain function, nervous system regulation, biofeedback, and the physiological mechanisms that influence behavior, cognition, and emotional health. She is currently pursuing her PhD, further expanding her knowledge of neuroscience, psychophysiological research, and the emerging questions surrounding consciousness, brain dynamics, and human potential. Kelsi has spent over 5 years working directly with clients in residential treatment from diverse backgrounds across a wide range of challenges. Her approach integrates evidence-based neurofeedback techniques with a deep respect for each individual’s unique experiences, strengths, and goals. She believes the brain possesses an extraordinary capacity for adaptation and change, and is passionate about helping clients harness that capacity to help them help themselves.

Shea Carter
Neurofeedback Specialist
Shea Carter has been working in the behavioral health field for nearly ten years, supporting individuals on their journeys toward healing, recovery, and personal growth. Since 2023, she has specialized in neurofeedback, helping clients better understand and regulate their nervous systems through brain-based training. As a Neurofeedback Practitioner, she is passionate about helping people discover the power of a regulated nervous system and the profound impact it can have on emotional well-being, resilience, and daily life. In addition to her work in neurofeedback, Shea is a certified yoga teacher who specializes in Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra, integrating mindfulness and nervous system regulation into her approach to healing. She believes that every person has the capacity to find greater peace within themselves and is honored to support others in reconnecting with their innate ability to heal.
