Therapeutic Approach
I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, what helps one person may not help another, so I work alongside you to figure out what fits. Sometimes that means talking through patterns and building skills. Other times it means slowing down and noticing what your body is telling you. My background in physiology shapes how I understand the connection between stress, emotion, and the body, and I bring that perspective into our work together.
Therapy with me is collaborative. You're the expert on your life, and I bring training, structure, and curiosity. We start by understanding what brought you in and what you'd like to change, then choose tools together and adjust as we learn what works for you.
